Is anyone aware of a "dumb" serial card for the 3B2 that

1) uses the Zilog/AMD 8530 SCC or another chip that will support Bisync?

2) uses any other communications chip that supports Bisync?

I'm looking for a dumb card because of an uncommon flavor of Bisync
that we want to run.  We would have our drivers.

What I'm finding is that most cards for the 3B family are of the smart nature.

Anyone know of such a thing?
