Subject: Should an Amstrad floppy drive work in an AT?

I can't get this 360k floppy drive to work in my AT. Other
drives work with the same cabling. I've tried all the combinations
of cabling and "ds/0/1" switching. 

I'm just trying to figure out whether it *SHOULD* work and it's 
defective, or whether it isn't compatible and I'm just a dope!
