Can I/should I low level format a st238 with a pc/xt controller?  It was
in a xt, and now is in an at.  To the best of my knowledge it is a 60ms 
or so 30 meg RLL hard drive.

If I can/should low level format it, how do I do it?

I know these have been answered here before, I didn't pay attention
because I didn't have the hardware.
