Help needed!

I can't figure out how to use the new routines included in MicroSoft C 6.0
to write a interrupt service routine for interrupt 9 (the keyboard)
to check if a certain key combination is pressed, and in that case execute
an own routine. (The routine will disable the keyboard until a certain
password is given). 
I know how to do it using assembler, but C code is much easier to maintain.
