He is having identical printing problems with both of them: the DOS print command doesn't work, although BASIC LPRINT does; his word processor will not print (PFS Professional Write says "printer not ready"); Ctrl-Prtsc from DOS gives an error message ("Write Fault") *and prints it on the printer!* Other strange symptoms too. Also, for some reason, from PFS Pro Write if he keeps his finger pressing the Enter key after the print command then the document will eventually, slowly, print. Zeos could not reproduce the problem. Any ideas? He has tried a couple of cables already. Please email any responses. Thanks. -- Alan Lustiger |_ | | AT&T Bell Laboratories ERC, Princeton, NJ / |( attmail!alustiger or att!pruxk!alu or lustiger@att.com
