I've called Zeos tech support and they claim no such upgrade or modem exists... Someone earlier posted something about a FAX upgrade option but Zeos denies any such upgrade.. But Zeos could be denying the upgrade because they don't want everyone to return their modems in when they're still trying to fill backorders... Anyone know anything about this?
