YOU CANNOT RESTRICT ACCESS IN ANY WAY. People could FTP to your MAC and GET or DELETE or PUT anything, anywhere. I wanted to do this since my machine has our usergroups disk attached and I wanted to let people have access to the files on it. I couldn't stop people from having access to everything else as well. This I felt was too dangereous. People could copy software they have no write to or could look at confidential files or could dump all kinds of virii onto my system. If anyone has a solution other than turning off all the other disks or using someother protection scheme I would be interested in hearing from you.
