I have several GIF files that I want to download to my
mac from a UNIX system.  Ftp works fine, however, the
only way I can connect the mac with UNIX is through kermit.
And it turns out the GIF files become some dead documents
when downloaded.

Now, is there any program to decode GIF file on mac?
(currently I use uudecode in unix), also, how do I download
such files with microphone?
