   I am sorry if this is a FAQ but I would like to know what is the
difference between NCSA Telnet, NCSA/BYU Telnet, CommToolBox Telnet,
and the ability to do FTP to and from each of these.

   This is needed for a system which will be literally *miles* from
anyone and will need the ability to have someone logon from across
the country and retrieve files via FTP.
