Subject: Tear-off Menus

Is there a way to create a tear off menu easily in HC 2.0. I have thought
that the simplest way is to check to see if the menu was selected, and the
cursor left the menu from the bottom of the menu. Then you would show a
palette. However, I know of no real way to do this. Any suggestions?
