I have seen at least two different stacks that have TCP/IP XCMDS in them. One of them is one the latest Apple Developer CD. It has a TCP/IP XCMD, a trivial sample stack and source code. See if you can get it from Apple - its just a sample of how to use their stuff so distribution shouldn't be a bit deal.
