On one of the old cheat sheets for the command keys, it says that you can 
force the MAC to dump the output for the printer into a file that you can then 
do what ever with.  The file would be postscript and whether it has the prep
material depends on whether you use command K or command F.

How is this supposed to work and when are you supposed to press command K.  I 
have some stuff that people would like to get postscript files, but I have not 
been able to get anything to work.  I am using MS WORD, if that make any 
difference.
