We recently purchased the Truevision NuVista board and software.  The
software is compatable with MPW and Lightspeed C but we have Think C.
The only problem I am having is getting the header files to match.  Some
are relatively simple (Devices.h to DeviceMgr.h). but some are a real
pain.  I am missing Traps.h and Strings.h and whatever header has
the GDHandle type declared in it.  Any suggestions, help, or header files
would be greatly appreciated.
