It currently has 8 MB and we would like to extend this to 12 or 16Mb. When we contacted MIPS about this, they said that they only upgrade in increments of 8 MB, and moreover, they charge something of the order of $375/Mb, which seems pretty steep to me. My question is, are there any third-party vendors that supply the memory for the RC2030, and are reliable/cheap/provide fast service ? We have to send out quotations for the order, and our Purchasing department is very adamant about getting the cheapest source that is reliable. Thanks in advance. V.
