I have a program picked up off the net a couple of years back that
allows you to build nroff driver tables under SysV.  The build program is
table and the corresponding program that takes a table apart is elbat.
This does not work for BSD.  Is there anything like it available?  I am
unhappy with the tabepson entry since it doesn't do the best job on the
LQ series of printers.
