Two questions:

1) is there a command line utility to change the Archive attribute on/off 
for a file?
(I haven't found it.  And FILER isn't what I want.   I'm under 2.15 286 Rev

2) When, if ever, is the updates which are on compu$erve's NetWire
going to be on an Annon. FTP site?
