There will be at least one new release of Dynix 3, specifically 3.1. Dynix/ptx will go to SysVR4 around the end of this year, and Dynix 3 may not be continued. Dynix/ptx is the only OS supported on the low-end S2000/200. I don't remember all the specifics, but I know 3.1 will support disk quotas. Not sure about NFS.
