Is there any place to ftp printcaps?  I need one for

 i.)  a Diablo 630 ECS, and
ii.)  a DECWriter IV (on page 267 of _System Network & Administration_,
      Revision A of 9 May 1988, there's one for a DECWriter III.  Does
      anyone know if this one would work?)
