By typing f g, in your example above, magical things happen. I often live by these keyboard shortcuts. In your FrameMaker Reference Manual, Appendix A lists Frame's keyboard shortcuts. As you'll see, there are ! shortcuts, meta shortcuts, Control...... you get the idea. You can can also create your own macros, which I find most helpful.
