A keyboard shortcut for each menu command appears in the menu, to the right of the command (i.e., Grid !vg). The "!" in the shortcuts stands for the Esc key. To use one of these keyboard shortcuts, press thekeys one at a time. The shortcuts are case-sensitive; that is, a lower case letter in uppercase. If the shortcut contains uppercase, you must press Shift when you press the letter key. If the keyboard short doesn't seem to work, make sure the Caps Lock key is off and the pointer is in the window where you want to perform the command. I took the liberty of using FrameMaker's words from their "Using FrameMaker" manual. I certainly hope this answers your question (and wasn't too lengthy. Audrey McVean m1alm00@fed.frb.gov
