First of all, thanks to everyone for the help in finding pk files.
 
Now, does anyone have a "device header" for a Star NX-1000, Epson LX, or
IBM Proprinter (in that order) for use in generating pk fonts with Metafont?
By "device header", I mean the .mf file that contains device specific
instructions for Metafont.
