Just a quick question - when I use Times-LaTeX in OzTeX, the left quotes
come out fine, as left ones - like this <`>, but the right ones - these
<'> come out as vertical quotes.  So, a quoted piece of text looks a 
bit stupid.  What code for what do I use to get proper (not androgynous)
right quotes that are the proper transform of the left ones, and not
androgynous things that look stupid?  Thanks.
