Just like the subject says.  I am looking for something that I think
exists but have not been able to find it on the archives.  I need
something to take and convert standard refer(1) bibliography db's to
bibtex format.  Is there such a program in existance?  Please reply
via e-mail.  If you are interested, e-mail me and I will forward
replies.
