The article has expired, so I am asking someone to re-post or mail me the same information. I know I am evidently running the wrong version of something with TeX 3.0. What I want is exactly which files do I have to ftp from where to fix this. I assume I'll have to run Initex after I fix them to re-build the hyphenation tables in plain.fmt and lplain.fmt. Flames welcome, if you also send me the information that I need. Thanks.
