However, when I print ( EVERY TIME ) the paper jams. When I open up the printer back, it looks like there is no jam, just sitting there waiting to make it over the top roller ( out to the output tray ). Mechanically everything looks perfect, it just doesn't make it out ( ends up with a jam in region 1 ). Normal paper ( 8.5 x 11 ) works just fine.
