  I recently came across fep in comp.sources.unix volume 16. fep claims
to be a filter which adds emacs (ala tcsh) command line editing to any
program. I would really like something like this as I am porting over
from VMS and have become very additiced to 'up arrow' in my programs.

  I got quite a few C errors when I tried to make it and I'm just not
a C programmer _yet_. Has anyone proted this program to AIX or does 
anyone know of another product to do the same thing?
