I am interested in getting a copy of the book called
"Programming the UNIX System" (ISBN 0-470-20192-4, 1985) by
M.R.M.Dunsmuir and G.J.Davies.
I called the publisher John Wiley & Sons but was told that the
book is out of print and that I need to contact these authors.  

So please reply or relay this message to either author if you should have
their forwarding addresses, better yet their e-mail addresses.
