 Does anyone know of a way to set up a dail out modem on a terminal
server and not have to dedicate a port to it?

What I would really like is for the LAT connection to be established
whenever someone "open()s" the device I choose. Likewise the
connection should be dropped on close(). Does anyone know if this con
be done?
