I have a similar problem on 386-33 (4 MB) running in enhanced mode. 
When I run windows, the mouse will work maybe 1 time in 10, whether or
not I load mouse.com.  I have driven myself crazy over this and I cannot
find a problem.

If I figure it out, I will post it.  If anyone can help, please let me
know because windows is alittle hard to use without a mouse.
