Not a bad idea, but I feel that the existing group comp.binaries.ibm.pc is the best place for binaries for MS-Windows, as it already has the necessary procedures in force to get things out onto the net (although Bill may not want even more work to do :-). I'm more in favour of a (possibly moderated) source group for MS-Windows, since now that Borland C++ has been released there are going to be lots more people programming for Windows, and more asking the same old questions, like "How do I create a open file dialog box?". A source group (with a backup of archive sites and so on) would help alleviate this and propagate Windows programming far and wide. But I'm getting a little off the subject heading and group topic here :) .
