It uses the Tseng 4000 chipset. It comes with drivers for Windows 3.0, WordPerfect, 1-2-3 and other things, but the generic ET4000 drivers floating around are newer and better than what Boca supplies. USD145 is a good price. An international customer is probably smarter to go with a major mail order retailer like PC CONNECTION than to try and shave five bucks off at Yarmulke Electronics.
