I'd second Tom's response to this. PC Connection is a very reputable company, very good people to deal with. Their prices are not always rock-bottom, but they are always reasonable, and the service is top-notch. The ads are a bit 'cute' but in spite of that these people are professionals. It's very easy, even for someone in this country, to get into problems with mail order if you don't know anything about the company. For someone doing business with a mail order company in another country, it's even easier. This is not to say that there aren't other good companies: I have had or know people who have had good dealings with Bulldog, Programmer's Paradise, AST Research, Dell, Zeos, and others. If you want to find someplace cheaper than the well-known companies, your best bet would be to find one that's been around and advertizing for a while - if they've been in business for a while then they have probably been treating people OK (otherwise they don't tend to stay in business for very long ...). Good luck - Bruce C. Wright
