If so, this would be very un-Borland-ish. Even people at Borland seem to have contradicted each other on this matter. I think I figured out what might be going on. If it's like other Borland products, there is no extra charge to distribute software compiled with their compiler, BUT if you want to possess the SOURCE code to the runtime library (for purposes of modifying it or writing programs that depend on its inmost details), you can buy THAT for about $150 more.
