I am trying to compile X11R4 on a DECstation3100 running Ultrix 4.1
(specifically I was trying to compile the monochrome frame buffer X server),
and I find that the machine is missing the following files:

machine/pmreg.h
machine/pmioctl.h
machine/dc7085cons.h

Where do I get these files?
