I wonder if someone can help ..

I am using X windows 11R4 on a sun3 and using the twm window manager, I
have studied the manuals (several times) and can't find any method of
changing which colour the border changes to when the cursor enters a window.
I have tried all of the selection names inside the Monochrome entry, but no
luck.  I would like to change the focus colour because I use white on black
and a smaller window can get completely lost if focused upon whilst above
a larger window.
