	I am attempting to set up nntp on a System V box ( 3B2 ) running
	WIN/TCP and 3.2 UNIX ( nntp 1.5.11 ).  Since they have no syslog
	I set up fakesyslog and have been getting wierd errs....

	Any idea how to fix this?
