The person also asked if Crosby was returning to ST:TNG. I recently attended the Fan Out Convention in Baltimore, where she (Crosby) appeared and she told the audience she would be back on the show. The impression I got was that she had come up with a story idea for her return. Denise would not go into details, but she said her character's return would not be the usual "dream" sequence, nor would Q snap his fingers and she would appear in a cloud of smoke. By her level of enthusiasm, I think she is very happy about returning to the series. And yes, she did appear to be heavier than before. If I was in her position of being a series that required my body to be in fairly good shape and then leaving it, I would probably be a little lax in my exercise and eating habits too. She came across as a very warm and humanistic person, and the auidence seemed to enjoy her. I personally look forward to her return.
