	I've tried this before, so apologies for the repeat, but we've
	had some problem with our newsfeed so let me try this again...

	I'm looking for a recipe of Szechuan beef (Twice cooked???) and
	Gen. Tso Chicken... I've received a copy of the recipe for Gen.
	Tso, it didn't include the kind with the batter to go over the
	nuggets of chicken.

[we have had a recipe for General Tso's chicken, which appeared in
digest 52, available from wuarchive.wustl.edu.  I don't know offhand if
it had the batter recipe...  -aem]
