Yeah, right. And the "Jiffy Cable Company" sells descramblers 
and the matching test sets only to experimenters, not for the
purpose of defrauding cable TV vendors.
 
Please guys; let this man know that not only will you not buy
the power amp, he can keep his other stuff as well, 'cause
you're not interested in doing business with someone who trades
in contraband. Note that he could have said "for sale only to a 
licensed amateur radio operator who's in the callbook." He didn't.
 
You might also let his system administrator know that his system
is being used to traffic in merchandise intended for the violation
of federal law.

Caveat emptor, in any case. Many of the "linears" manufactured for
CB use are absolute trash, and just not up to par in terms of
signal quality. Seems that the "outlaws" are more concerned with
how loud they are than with how good they sound. Surprise, surprise.
