Here I am about to graduate and I still have no decent experience
with Spice. We're using version 2G and I need to plunk the old 2N2222A
into it. I haven't a clue where half the parameters would be obtained
(spec sheets don't cut it) and was hoping someone had a decent model
they could mail to me.

PS: I'm dealing with 145 MHz.
