Modern Electronics was started by the remains of the original Popular Electronics staff after its demise (possibly) resulting from its change to "Computers and Electronics". I had just renewed my subscription for three years before the "C&E" demise. My current subscription has a few months left and I don't intend to make the same mistake again.
