18-mar 02:26 UTC. The link between our CAnet node in Quebec and
                  NSFnet in Princeton is down due to a power 
                  failure in Quebec. During this outage traffic
                  which normally travels across this link is 
                  being rerouted through the Toronto-Ithaca link.
