The source to Webster's dictionary is not freely available.  When the
original version was put on-line, they forgot to scan in the copyright.
While this made it legal to give away copies all over the place, it was
not an ethical thing to do.  Ethics caught up with technology (this time),
and the free offers have basically all been withdrawn.
