Hello BioNetters,

A colleague of mine believes she may have a problem concerning a mutant
of pUC18 or 19. Specifically, that a single base change has occurred at
the  3' end of the polylinker. We vaguely remember a paper describing
such a mutation but cannot exactly place it. Does anyone know of such
a mutation and/or paper? Thanks in advance!
