With respect to Michael Kahn's request for help with CLIPS, I suggest you call the CSC Software Technology Branch Help Desk at (713) 280-2233 to receive 
information on CLIPS and their other products (available through COSMIC).
There is a software support bulletin board accessible through modem which supports CLIPS and other products.
