Try hitting up your Sun salesperson.  After several years of trying to make a profit off this document, some genius at Sun finally realized that there is more money hardware and software than paper.  After several years of effort, the Computer Sciences Department at UW is now the proud owner of 3 (three!) architecture manuals.
