For Australian users I have snarfed the 4.0 kits from JPL and placed them
in the directory
        /pub/cameron/perl4.0
on
        escher.gallery.cs.unsw.oz.au [129.94.128.242]
for anonymous FTP. Beware - `dir' doesn't work, you'll have to us `ls'.
It died during an upgrade and I haven't fixed it yet.

This should save some traffic on the US-Oz link, and also on poor jpl.
