Here's another small program ive done recently. Its a bit limited ( all
not implemented yet, if ever :-) ) but its very useable. It converts
the Soundblaster VOC files to SND files for use with remac or a
macintosh etc.

It only looks at Data blocks in the VOC file so compressed ones ( ie
silence compression or other than 8 bit data won't work ). If enough
people mail me saying they like this, ill finish it off. As it stands,
it will convert a file made by the vrec command ( with the sound
blaster ) and convert it to a SND file ready for remac.
