It appears to me that the Microsoft SQL Server won't work
with Windows in large memory model.  The Microsoft example program
for SQL Server and Windows 3.0 has a make file set up for medium model.
When I change it to large model, the DBSETLUSER call dies.

Can anyone confirm that only medium model is supported under Windows,
or tell me what I'm missing?
