I need to find out about the focus dbms.


Is it usually just a front-end to other vendors engines?

Does it have a decent engine and is it relational (or hierarchical)?
Where is it headed in the marketplace?  What are the other products
of the focus company?  DOes it have a 4gl and how good is it?
What platforms does it run on best (and worst?)
And most important of all, how are the people behind the product?
